Product description and features
Vehicle speed proportional fan is a part of the chassis dynamometer that we dealt at our company this time. Chassis dynamometer is a mechanical device to experiment the amount of exhaust gas that reproduces at the running state of the automobile in the room, its driving force and for measuring the fuel consumption. The vehicle speed proportion fan receives a signal proportional to vehicle speed from an engine bench and carries a role to cool engines in fans producing wind equivalent to vehicle speed. The characteristic of this product can send the air proportional to vehicle speed to a maximum of 160km/h.
Achievement record
The first performance of the speed proportional fan dates back to ten years ago. Representation of proportional speed fan started in our facilities through modification of a third-party product and we experienced approximately 20 cases related to this type of fan. In the meantime, customer requirements are also changing corresponding to product development. Meeting with manufacturers on product specifications can be possible directly from the customer that is beneficial to cost down of product. We receive appreciations from customers for the abilities to respond to the request on time.
The chance of business request
In our company, there are many cases that we get via WEB site. As for this matter, the WEB site brings us the opportunity to reach this inquiry. We receive consultation request even for the vehicle speed proportional fan alone from many companies. As for our customers, we were familiar as a fan maker, truck equipment maker, the control panel maker previously which made our customers more confident on us to deal with variety of choices. Not only from the cost side here is a diversity of the vehicle cooling fan applications as well. Without exception we can also complete such a different type request at our company.
Our efforts to face difficult issues
The installation site where the equipment to be delivered is limited and we had to design the product to fit in a narrow space. Moving of the product is difficult because of the weight and we consider all these facts to response customer’s request. In addition, this time we made reform only in the cooling fan section, leaving the existing equipment. At the same time we also make a detailed plan by analyzing and repeatedly hearing, such as how to use from the draft stage to improve the necessary performance. We covered all the office rules (standard) and finally able to deliver the appropriate product according to the demand in a budget.
