As for me I became a member of the sales team after few years of my employment to this company and now active in the sales business. After studying mechanical engineering at the university I decided to get a job that involved in manufacturing. I attended several departments such as; Goods Handling, Quality Control, Design and later Sales to gain knowledge and experience in each department　since my joining to this company. Currently, we are working with a challenging mind to cope with a new situation always in the business that we can take the advantage for our own.
Among my responsibilities, I represent one job that is related to ‘vehicle fan’ production to deliver China. I am engaged in the product quality management and sales of vehicle cooling fan mounted to vehicle which we supply to China and usually supplying a large quantity of products on a short delivery date.
Not relying only with the in-house production of course, nor the partner companies from whom we have gotten cooperation many times so far, now we’ve started up to look for new partners, holding meetings with many partners such as for production specifications, scope of adjustment of the various parts etc., I am coordinating wide range of meetings and contract with the customers. Many of the customer’s demand vary from a very small lot to a detailed huge lot request. The cooling fan is a small blower, but a very important part of vehicle equipment cooling mission. Therefore, there is a particularly an stringent requirements for the quality control.
We response calmly without being upset by a sudden specifications change and accident even it made by our customers.
My job also include to process management in order to adhere to the delivery time.
A foreign country differs with the culture, custom, environment etc. here is a lot I felt which we consider here usual but not in that country.
I also felt it necessary to increase my communication level to reach mass people in the work place there.

We are able to provide engineering solution with the skill of problem solving depending on the consultation of our valued customers.
Although our role is a comprehensive producer but all me and our staff are engineers. Our engineers directly listen to the consultation of the customer by utilizing the best technology of the electric equipment manufacturer. And a partner company with the specialty to allocate the right stuff in the right place and provides the most suitable engineering solution depending on a problem.
Therefore the existence of the partner companies comes to be very important to us in the product making which customers accept with satisfactory mind. Repeated debate with partner companies get importance on the technology, work progress through visiting work site and modification of the design of the machining and the knowledge and experience is really meaningful. It is extremely important to know all the meaning and details to improve our service called 'solution to the problem'. The number of products and services that we provide to value the customer’s choice in a time with a good communication level to a successful completion.

We will continue to propose a new field engineering solutions by refining our own skills further so that we can cover up the services to domestic and overseas customers to a wide range of sales networking.

As for me, it is my third year since I join this company as a mid-career hiring. I thoroughly remember my first job at the assembly section in the assignment of manufacturing part after joining.
Currently I am responsible for the sales job but my work is almost technical based sales. Primarily I am dealing with larger equipment such as; Electric Power Generators, Air Blowers and responsible for the inspection and maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment. I am constantly asked to improve technical skills to learn continuous with own ideas and plans can be one of the sense of achievement to get work done and have a sense of the best accomplishment of a job.

Currently, we are working the facilitator of big projects ‘the maintenance of blower’ conducted by our company. I am in charge of the first inquiries dating back more than ten years ago. Onishi Electric Industry is a backbone of Marine use blower maker since a long time. I heard that it has entered consultation of the performance test was the first in the relationship. It was the start of the inspection, such as air flow, wind pressure, the motor capacity. The company in its history of 70 years, owns the endless number of data regarding wind pressure, air volume etc. There is also an expert to advice about blower. Corresponding to the maintenance received a wide range trust across the country that was helpful to conduct the performance test accurately and reliably along with the safety and quality management at the time of installation. Thus, it has developed the installation work of the blower up to its performance test.

I am in charge of the maintenance business of the blower in the form to take over the business from seniors. I get involved to several companies project in order to get the cooperation of partner companies who all are expertise in this field. Set the delivery schedule in time by sharing information with the responsible parties is an important part of my job. For all these things I get cooperation from relevant departments, meeting with related companies that leave the maintenance work, where the negotiation ability also important. The meeting with the design members also required for knowledge to understand the drawings. Know-how of electrical and machinery is also essential for maintenance job. Unfamiliar with technology and product hamper the maintenance process unsuccessful but there is support from the surrounding each time and so able to conduct successfully.

In addition, blower maintenance business has spread nationwide side of the home page by the impact of information society. Our work is engineering solutions, but only in words, but it also has a dilemma is not able to communicate. So you can publish the results until now, our engineering solutions provide. From the past experience of our strengths and resolve problems of attitude, Skills, Cooperative framework that it was an opportunity to learn about and the maintenance of the air blowers are also spread nationwide.
