Product Description

It is a very small fan with the diameter φ300 only for China high-speed rail (bullet train). Achievement track record

We pay attention to ensure the quality of fan for a safe run of a maximum speed of 350km per hour. No big trouble recorded in more than 10 years from the beginning of the delivery. In such a good start we have earned the trust and evaluation that is also able to meet even a small lot request which increased year by year during this period. We have also a proven track record of more than 20 years in Japan for supplying of railway vehicle fans to Japan Railway Company. We are proud to utilize our long time experience in this job through maintaining our strict quality control system.

Strengths

The company has employed veteran Chinese staff to deal with Chinese customers and of course supporting our business with China. Product fabrication based on confirmation of work that contains the technical details of the product. In this case, there is a need to convey the thoughts and intentions accurately and requires an understanding of product knowledge and workmanship, so that interpreter can proceed smoothly after obtaining a mutual understanding on the job. In this respect our Group Company Onishi Electric Industry’s assembly and testing staff acquire the sufficient knowledge to describe the product. There were many items about a gross level, color taste, a film thickness, the finish paint when we selected the painting for an example, but was able to discuss one by one in Chinese and reached a negotiations on this carefully. We think it is our strength to exchange idea of each other through the Chinese language to ensure the work progress.

Difficult problem and action

The most difficult point was delivery date adjustment. We made an effort to put a large quantity of products exactly on short delivery date literally. We looked for new ways of cooperation without being able to serve even in group businesses and ordering to partner companies. In the partner companies we needed personnel adjustment for this matter while also facing other projects. Our employees hurried in completion order and inspected a large quantity of finished products that occupy a place, and it was necessary to finish packing, shipment. We greatly had an influence on the delivery date when the decided work process stopped by the customer’s suddenly. Besides, there was often change of painting specifications in the middle of the production process which causes delay in the production schedule, trial product inspection and ran about for a readjustment on delivery date in various occasions. We need to take cooperation from partner companies when there was an additional demand to the delivered product in such case we need understanding by sometimes entering assembling and the inspection, and working together to satisfy our customers demand.
