Installation of gas turbine generators in private power generation facilities has increased since the earthquake in Japan. For this, we started consultations about how to maintain the stability of the power generation capacity of gas turbine generators that are used in hot summer time.

As a measure to improve the efficiency of the generator, we proposed a blower that can be used by utilizing the vaporization heat to reduce the down rate by sending cold air from the generator outside air intake. The fan adopted for this purpose is a large vaporization heat blower manufactured by our group company.

In the intense heat, it was necessary to supply electricity stably without degrading the power generation capacity of the gas turbine by proper cooling. A large vaporizing hot air blower manufactured by our group company vaporizes by moisture diffusing in a mist (fog) shape widely by capturing the heat around the vaporizer. Moreover, since the fan based on a large amount of air, it can improve the environment by supplying extensive range of cool air.

All marine blowers are made to order and the same thing does not exist all the time. Obtained knowledge and established track record can be thought of as an asset for us.
