Achievement record
We have a good number of railway vehicles fan supply record related to air conditioning and equipment cooling. This fan is installed in a hidden place such as the attic of the vehicle and under the floor and it is used under severe conditions. Also in Japan there are differences in climate in Hokkaido and Kagoshima considerably but we are making fan that can be used in any area and we pay high attention on design that based on usage environment.
Strength
Our strength is the technical and the coordination abilty that can reliably respond to the demand for "special space-saving high-performance fans" and the special fans for railway vehicles. Our Quality Control strictly adhering to safety and stability that is required for domestic and overseas markets, as well as air conditioning and cooling fans installed under the floor while adjustment. Till now, we have delivered over 10,000 units to our local and overseas customers.
Problems and initiatives
When it is found there is no space in the installation of the fan, in such situations we usually review the shape of the fan and verify the optimum installation method to ensure as it is designed for the limited space. In this case, it is required to consider the vibration and the environmental temperature and to clear the weight in order to accommodate in the harsh environment such as under the floor of the vehicle. There are unique of standards for vehicles such as; for vibration test or also in the case of a fan unit or the cooling unit test. As a trading company, we try to make understand the specifications of the inspection items beforehand prior to enter the manufacturing consultation. Sometimes we face unusual situations such as; vibration etc. noticed in the test run when a completed fan carried out to the work sites for commissioning. In such situations we solve the problem smoothly by collaborating with group companies to raise the balance class and review the anti-vibration up.
